Anti-Blocking
Plastic films or sheets are often rolled or piled after final processing. These films tend to  adlhere to each other at the many points of contact; a phenomenon called blocking. Such blocking problems occur in various kinds of plastic films, and can be minimized by introducing TLPA's antiblock into the formulation. High speed printing performance also suffers from similar problems. Wet ink printed on film, sheet transfers onto contact surfaces of other materials that are pilled together. TLPA's antiblock has proven to be extremely effective in the prevention of ink trasfer.

Anti-Blocking Effect (Olefin, PET, Nylon and PVC film)

By mixing TLPA's Antiblocking into the resin, stricking during rolling and laminating of plastic films can be prevented and film separation can be improved. TLPA 's AB (anti-blocking) can also beto prevent blocking of printed films, sheet and other resin products and to prevent transfer of the printed ink to other surfaces.
